Between school, work, social life & everything in between, we all get busy with everyday life. However, it is vital to remember to take care of yourself first. We can get so carried away with life, that we forget to pamper ourselves and enjoy the little things. These habits will make you feel good about yourself & about life in general!

- Push yourself to wake up before the rest of the world.
Start with 7:00am, then 6:00am, then 5:30. If possible, bundle up & go to a hill to watch the sunrise. Little by little become a better morning person, be more productive, and start the day with a beautiful natural sight. - Push yourself to fall asleep earlier.
You'll thank yourself in the morning, when you feel completely energized and ready to go. Besides, beauty sleep is key! - Stretch.
Before anything else, reach up to the sky and then down to your toes. Roll your head, stretch your arms, your legs, your fingers, stretch everything. - Cook yourself a ravishing, proper breakfast.
Make the time to scramble some eggs with spinach and tomatoes, have some toast and orange juice. Or maybe a nice stack of pancakes, top it with fruit and chocolate. Just make your favorite breakfast, sit down and savor it, do nothing else. - Drink water.
Lots of water. Push yourself to drink 1 gallon a day. Your skin will thank you with a beautiful, healthy glow! - Buy a beautiful leather notebook.
Write on it everyday. Write the smallest details; coffee and lunch dates, funny stories of the day, small accomplishments, meetings and appointments. No detail is too small. - Wash your bedding
Strip your bed and throw it all in the washer with a massive scoop of scented softener. There is nothing better than fresh washed bedding. - Organize your room!
Re-arrange everything every once in a while for a change! Get rid of everything you don't need anymore, light some candles, create your own comfort space. - Message old friends.

Say hello to strangers while walking and good morning when getting your morning coffee. Pay for the person behind you or compliment someone. Observe the people and the world around you. Remember, it's the little things. - Have a nice bath.

Think about what interests you. Crime? Photography? Writing? Romance? Browse around and read about it, there are millions of books out there for you to discover! - Work to better yourself everyday.
Become the person you would ideally fall in love with. Let cars merge into your lane, smile while walking and notice how many people smile back, don't judge anyone for a day or a week. Look people in the eye and be genuine, ask them how they are; talk to acquaintances so they become friends. - Lie down outside.
Take in some sunshine and appreciate a nice day. Daydream about life; take it all in, you're alive and breathing, make the most out of it. Have a laugh with your loved ones & take small steps towards what you truly desire. Do what you would try if failure wasn't an option.
